Child policy: - Children under 3 years old are free of charge but still require a ticket. These can be collected at the ticketing desk upon arrival. - Children aged 3-12 years old require a child ticket. Good to know: - Last admission is 30 minutes before closing time. - Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the zoo. - Selfie sticks are not allowed inside the zoo. - Feeding animals is not permitted. - Trained service animals are allowed inside the zoo. - Outside food, coolers and alcoholic beverages are not permitted inside the zoo.
