Child policy: - Children under 6 years old get free admission to museums, monuments, galleries and archaeological areas of the Rome Museum System. Some attractions are free for children under 18 years. Do check each attraction's official website for more information. - Children under 10 years old can use public transportation free of charge with an accompanying paying adult. Once purchased, access the "My Tickets" section. The Roma Pass will be displayed as Roma Pass Museum (for access to museum sites) and Roma Pass Public Transport (for access to ATAC public transport). - The first scan at a museum activates the Roma Pass Museum section of the card and initializes its validity. Meanwhile, activating the Roma Pass Public Transport starts the validity of the transport permit.
